Usage:

Used in the oil and sand separation process on the ground , Separate oil content from mud and sand less than 1% or more less.The dosage

depending on the viscosity of crude oil, light oil components to control the amount of the amount.

Features:

1. With fast speed and it can be used in continuous processing , generally stirring about 3-5 minutes in the 50-100 ℃ process temperature , then enter into the oil and water separation process;

2.With a suitable setting of HLB value, after combined with crude oil ,this product can be achieved without demulsifier , only static, it can quickly achieve water and oil separation, mud, sand, oil separation, and the lower water liquid is basically clear;

3. It has excellent bitumen stripping effect;

4. The cleaned mud and sand will be almost non-polluting natural cleanliness .

5.Do not need to wash oil several times, usually can be achieved clean sand by one time.

Using process:

1. Dosage: Generally will be the total weight of the oil 3-10KG, according to the specific experiment to determine.

2. Process parameters: oil 20-40% + water 60-80% (including this product), rapid mixing 3-5 minutes in 50-100 ℃ , if the oil with high viscosity, can increase the mixing time, and then stop Stirring, the left washed sand centrifugal dehydration, transport treatment, send the water and oil mixture to the static separation equipment, take the oil into the next one dehydration and deployment processes after the separation.
