Characteristics:
SM-BZ-40 can react rapidly with various heavy metal ions (mercury, lead, copper, cadmium, nickel, manganese, zinc, chromium, etc.) in wastewater at room temperature to produce water-insoluble chelate product which with good chemical stability, then to achieve the purpose of capturing and removing heavy metals, and has strong chelation ability and stable precipitate.
Usage:
1. Remove the metal ions from wastewater.
Instructions
1) Determine the dosage by the simulated wastewater dosing test;
2) Need to adjust the pH value to 7-9 in the wastewater at best effect before adding the product.
3) The measured product need to be diluted in a dedicated dosing system before add it, and the stirring time after the addition is about 1-5 minutes;
4) The stirred heavy metal precipitate is generally allowed to stand for 10 minutes before being separated from the water, and then the heavy metal precipitate is filtered through a filter press to filter the pressed cake. The heavy metal-containing filter cake is deeply buried as a waste without leaching toxicity, and the filtered water can be discharged.
Packaging and preservation:
Packed in a plastic drum, net weight 200kg, this product should be stored in a cool dry place.
Keep away from acids and oxidants. Under the specified storage conditions, the shelf life of this product is one year.
