Feature:

Technological process:
1,Hydraulicpulper deinking method (1) Preparing deinking agent 0.5%,sodium silicate (silicate of soda) 3%,sodium hydroxide 3%, then put these chemical into hydraulicpulper and add warm water(water temperature 800-1000) .Start hydraulic pulper about 3 minutes, then put the wastepaper into it. (2) In order to reach the best effect, pulp concentration required 14%-16%(put 140KG-160KG wastepaper into pulper of a ton volume) ,starting the pulper about 25-35minutes, then stop the pulper and keeping temperature about 10-20 minutes. (3) Concentration and washing should be done immediately after blowing in order to prevent ink redeposited on the fibers.(It will get a good effect if put a spot of deinking agent when water washing) 2,The steam-ball deinking method (1) Put the following chemicals into the ball in the proportion of 6 KG of paper deinking agent, 20 KG of sodium hydroxide, and 30 KG of sodium silicate. After it is evenly mixed, and then input the water and waste paper at a solid content of 30% to 50%. (2) Open steam and make the temperatures to reach 800-1000 and keep 30-40 minutes, then blowing out when the pressure reaches a peak. (3) After blowing out, pulping first then washing . The original deinking wastewater can be reused after precipitation and impurity removal. |
